FUSION3 SAMPLE PRINT GALLERY:
SET OF GEARS 3D PRINTED IN CARBON FIBER NYLON
COMMENTARY:
We get a lot of great feedback on these gears. Technically, Carbon Fiber is not the best choice for a gear in that the surface is coarse and has a fair bit of friction.
That said, these parts are very robust with high infill and great visual quality. When you have them in hand, you clearly understand why carbon fiber nylon is in such high demand by companies seeking to 3D print parts for the factory floor and end use parts.
Be sure to watch the time lapse video. We compress 4 hours of print time into just a few minutes and you can see the F410 power through the print while maintaining great print quality.
